Bourg and Blaye

These two towns are located 30 and 45km north of Bordeaux. They produce large volumes of red and white wines under the Côtes de Bourg, Côtes de Blaye and Premières Côtes de Blaye appellations. Bourgeais red wines are full-bodied and age well. Those from Blayais are fruitier and quick to consume.
